Due to the nature of our personal care products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@bjebeauty.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item and packaging
We’ll evaluate your claim and issue a replacement or store credit if applicable.
